We process your personal data in relation to deliver-ing our services to our customers. In relation to this we process infor-mation about you, if you are employed by one of our customers or have another relation to them. We collect these personal data when you act on behalf of your employ-er/our customer for this, e.g. entering into con-tracts, delivering of ser-vices and general contact. Additionally, we process your personal data for onboarding/offboarding customers and customer management, e.g. invoic-ing and customer commu-nication.

Marketing and optimisation of user experience on website:

Your personal data is pro-cessed for marketing-related purposes, including to send you relevant information in the form of newsletters. Your personal data is col-lected when you use our website. We use these details to compile statistics for the use of our website and to optimize the user experience on our website and for the services we offer. We will retain personal data processed for marketing-related purposes for as long as you are active and up to one year from our last communication with you. Personal data about your use of our website and your habits and personal interests online is retained for 90 days. After this period the data is anonymised.

Social media:

Your personal data is col-lected through your visits at our social media pages, including communication with us in relation to this. We especially use Facebook for social media marketing, and therefore we and Facebook jointly control the processing of personal data about you, when you visit our Face-book page. We will retain personal data processed for this purpose and collected from Facebook in relation to your visits to our Facebook page differ-ently depending on the content of the communica-tion, cf. other retention periods that follow from above. Information collected by Facebook will be retained as described in their Privacy Policy.


3. CONSEQUENSES OF THE PROCESSING

A majority of the personal data processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy happens solely for the purpose of customer managing and based on regular per-formance and management purposes. These processing activities will generally not have any negative consequences for you. However, a processing of personal information about you may have negative consequences in the sense that we will not be able to provide you with our services.

4. TRANSFERS TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU/EEA

In some cases, We will be transferring personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA.

We may transfer personal data to countries that have been deemed by the Commission of the European Union to have an adequate level of protection of personal data.
