A growing part of our work is helping clients apply AI in real business processes such as content production, automation, martech, personalization and data-driven decision-making.

Because demand for our services is increasing, we are looking for a developer who wants to help build the technical foundations that enable our clients to grow and use AI effectively.

The role

As a developer at Responsive, you will work closely with consultants, architects, and clients to design and build solutions that integrate platforms, automate workflows, and enable the use of AI in real business contexts.

Your work will often focus on integrations, APIs, and building new functionality on existing systems, while helping clients connect data, platforms, and AI services.

Typical tasks include:

• Help build technical architecture for our clients (with support from our CTO)
• Implementing technical solutions based on business needs
• Building integrations between systems using APIs
• Enabling AI services in client solutions and workflows
• Developing components for web and email templates
• Configuring platforms and troubleshooting running systems
• Participating in technical discussions with consultants and clients

What we are looking for

• We are looking for a developer who:
• Has a strong interest in development, technology, martech and AI
• Enjoys solving real business problems with technology
• Has experience with integrations, APIs, and data formats such as JSON or XML
• Understands data models and system architecture
• Is familiar with CDPs and marketing automation platforms such as Adobe, Agillic, Tealium, Salesforce, Bloomreach or similar
• Can interact directly with our clients' technical staff (architects, developers, etc.)
• Is curious, ambitious, and eager to learn

Experience from consulting or working closely with business teams is a plus.
