Revamping DFDS' Email Marketing Strategy: Boosting Engagement and Revenue through Redesign and Optimisation
DFDS is a Danish shipping and logistics company that has been in operation since 1866. The company offers a wide range of services, including passenger and freight transport, logistics solutions, and supply chain management. DFDS operates a fleet of ferries, container ships, and ro-ro vessels, providing transport links to destinations throughout Europe and beyond.
Responsive was tasked to improve DFDS’ email marketing strategy to generate more revenue. After conducting an initial audit, our team identified that the client’s email template design was outdated and not optimised for conversion. We were tasked with optimising the email template to improve engagement and drive sales.
Our team redesigned the email template to make it more visually appealing and optimised it for mobile devices. We also incorporated more engaging and relevant content, personalised messaging, and clear calls-to-action. Additionally, we implemented A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of the new design and content. The optimised email template resulted in increased email open rates, click-through rates, and revenue generated from email campaigns. Our client was pleased with the results and has since seen continued success with their email marketing strategy.
